1. Adjust character spacing in Text Properties
Entry path: Home → Text Properties drop-down menu → Text Properties → Text → Character Spacing
- Select the text whose character spacing you want to adjust.
- Click the Text Properties drop-down menu on the Home tab.
- Select Text Properties, then click the Text tab in the task pane on the right.
- In Character Spacing, choose Condensed, Normal, or Expanded.
- Adjust the spacing value and spacing scale as needed.
