1. Open the meeting workspace

Entry: Left navigation bar → Meeting icon

  1. Open the WPS collaboration interface.
  2. Click the Meeting icon in the left navigation bar.
  3. Wait for the main meeting page to load.
  4. Review the feature entries on the left and the Today and Meeting History areas on the right.

2. Start an instant meeting

Entry: Main meeting page → Instant Meeting

  1. On the main meeting page, click Instant Meeting.
  2. Wait while WPS creates a new meeting automatically.
  3. After the meeting window opens, review the main stage and participant list.
  4. Use the bottom toolbar for microphone, camera, sharing, chat, or meeting controls as needed.

3. Invite participants from contacts

Entry: Meeting window → Invite Participants → Contacts

  1. In the meeting window, click Invite Participants in the lower-right area.
  2. Keep the Contacts tab selected in the invitation panel.
  3. Search for people or select them from Recent or Contacts.
  4. Confirm the selected list on the right, then click OK to send the invitation.

Entry: Meeting window → Invite Participants → Copy Link

5. Join a meeting

  1. On the main meeting page, click Join Meeting.

6. Schedule a meeting

Entry: Main meeting page → Schedule Meeting

  1. On the main meeting page, click Schedule Meeting.
  2. Enter the meeting topic.
  3. Set the start time, end time, and repeat option.
  4. Add participants and configure video meeting, meeting documents, notes, and reminder settings as needed.
  5. Review participant schedules in the calendar panel on the right.
  6. Click Save after confirming the details.

7. End or leave a meeting

  4. Select Leave meeting if you only want to exit with your own account.

  2. Open Screen Cast and enter a Rooms casting code or meeting join code to send content to a meeting device.
  3. Open Meeting Room to manage and schedule offline room resources.
  4. Open Smart Recording to start recording and transcription-related workflows.
  5. Open Meeting Records to review past records, notes, or recordings.
