1. View meeting room reservations

Entry: Left sidebar > Meetings > Meeting Rooms

  1. Open the collaborative client and click Meetings in the left sidebar.
  2. On the WPS Meetings page, click Meeting Rooms on the left.
  3. Use the Date and Time filters at the top of the page to check room reservations.
  4. Review the fixed list on the left to see room reservation status.
  5. Check the red line in the middle of the timeline to understand which meetings have ended and which are upcoming.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can see the room list, the timeline, and the related reservation information.
  • Next action available: You can click a scheduled meeting to open its details.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you stay on another Meetings page instead of Meeting Rooms, the room schedule view will not appear.
  • Environment note: If the network is unstable or your account lacks permission, reservation data may not load completely.

2. Manage meeting details

Entry: A scheduled meeting card on the Meeting Rooms page

  1. Open the Meeting Rooms page and find the target meeting schedule.
  2. Click the scheduled meeting to open its details.
  3. Review the meeting time, participant information, and other details.
  4. If you are the meeting organizer, continue to edit, share, or delete the meeting from the details page.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The meeting details page opens and shows the current meeting information.
  • Next action available: Organizers can continue with edit, share, or delete actions.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you are not the organizer, you may be able to view the meeting but not change it.
  • Environment note: Some management actions require organizer or schedule management permission.

3. Start a room reservation quickly

Entry: An empty time slot in the Meeting Rooms schedule view

  1. Open the Meeting Rooms page.
  2. Find an available time slot in the target room.
  3. Double-click the empty area to start a new reservation.
  4. Enter the required meeting information and complete the reservation.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Double-clicking an empty slot opens the new reservation flow.
  • Next action available: After entering the required information, you can submit the reservation.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you double-click an occupied time slot, it will not create a new reservation from an empty slot.
  • Environment note: If the selected time conflicts with another booking or you do not have permission to use the room, the reservation may not be completed.
