1. Open Crop Picture from Tools

Entry path: Select the picture → Tools → Picture → Crop

  1. Select the picture you want to crop.
  2. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Switch to the Picture tab.
  4. Tap Crop.
  5. Drag the crop handles to adjust the area you want to keep.
  6. Move the slider below the crop box to scale the image proportionally.
  7. Tap a blank area or tap Done to finish cropping.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the visible area of the picture updates to match the current crop box.
  • Next action available: you can continue moving, resizing, or editing the document.
  • No side effect: the original image content is not permanently removed from this workflow and can still be adjusted or restored.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: if the picture is not selected first, the related picture editing entry will not appear at the bottom.
  • Environment note: a picture must already be inserted into the document before you can use this feature.

2. Open Crop from the floating edit bar

Entry path: Tap the picture → Floating edit bar → Crop

  1. Tap the picture you want to crop to show the floating edit bar.
  2. Tap Crop.
  3. After crop mode opens, drag the crop box to adjust the visible area.
  4. Tap a blank area or Done to save the result.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the picture enters crop mode and shows an adjustable crop border.
  • Next action available: after finishing, you can immediately review the cropped page result.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: if the floating edit bar does not appear, tap the picture again and retry.

3. Open Crop Picture quickly from the bottom toolbar

Entry path: Select the picture → Crop Picture

  1. Select the picture you want to crop.
  2. Tap Crop Picture on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Enter crop mode directly.
  4. Drag the crop box to adjust the area, then tap a blank area or Done to finish.

  • Interface result: crop mode opens without switching to another tab.
  • Next action available: you can crop the current picture immediately and return to the document.

  • Common mistake: if no picture is selected in the document, the Crop Picture shortcut will not work.

4. Clear a crop and restore the image

Entry path: Select the picture → Tools → Picture → Clear Crop

  1. Select a picture that has already been cropped.
  2. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Switch to the Picture tab.
  4. Tap Clear Crop.
  5. Check whether the picture returns to its pre-crop visible state.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the picture shows the full area again or returns to its earlier visible state.
  • Next action available: you can enter crop mode again and make another adjustment.
  • No side effect: other pictures or objects in the document are not affected.

Tips While Using
