1. Fill a shape with a local picture
Feature entry: Right-click a shape → Picture Fill → Local Picture
- Select the shape that you want to fill in the presentation.
- Right-click the shape.
- Select Picture Fill from the shortcut menu.
- Select Local Picture.
- Choose the picture file from your computer.
- Confirm the selection, and the picture is filled into the current shape automatically.
Success Criteria
- The selected picture appears inside the shape.
- The shape can still be moved, resized, or filled again with another picture.
Tips While Using
- The picture may appear stretched or tiled after it is filled.
- If you want to replace the picture, run Picture Fill again and choose another file.
2. Fill a shape with an AI-generated picture
Feature entry: Right-click a shape → Picture Fill → AI-generated Picture
- Select the shape that you want to fill in the presentation.
- Right-click the shape.
- Select Picture Fill from the shortcut menu.
- Select AI-generated Picture.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to generate and choose a picture.
- After generation is complete, the picture is filled into the current shape automatically.
Success Criteria
- The generated picture appears inside the shape.
- You can continue editing the shape or switch to another fill method later.
