1. Fill a shape with a local picture

Feature entry: Right-click a shape → Picture Fill → Local Picture

  1. Select the shape that you want to fill in the presentation.
  2. Right-click the shape.
  3. Select Picture Fill from the shortcut menu.
  4. Select Local Picture.
  5. Choose the picture file from your computer.
  6. Confirm the selection, and the picture is filled into the current shape automatically.

Success Criteria

  • The selected picture appears inside the shape.
  • The shape can still be moved, resized, or filled again with another picture.

Tips While Using

  • The picture may appear stretched or tiled after it is filled.
  • If you want to replace the picture, run Picture Fill again and choose another file.

2. Fill a shape with an AI-generated picture

Feature entry: Right-click a shape → Picture Fill → AI-generated Picture

  1. Select the shape that you want to fill in the presentation.
  2. Right-click the shape.
  3. Select Picture Fill from the shortcut menu.
  4. Select AI-generated Picture.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to generate and choose a picture.
  6. After generation is complete, the picture is filled into the current shape automatically.
