1. Insert an Image control

Entry: Developer Tools → Control Toolbox → Image

1. Click the Developer Tools tab at the top of the window.
2. Select the Image control in Control Toolbox.
3. Drag on the slide to draw the image control area.
4. Release the mouse and confirm that the control has been inserted on the current slide.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: An image control area appears on the slide.
• Next action available: You can select the control and continue to its property settings.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If you are not on the Developer Tools tab, the Image control entry may not be visible.

2. Configure common properties

Entry: Select the Image control → Control Properties

1. Select the Image control that you inserted.
2. Click the Control Properties button.
3. Find Picture in the properties panel and set the image to display.
4. Find PictureSizeMode in the properties panel and set the image scaling mode.
5. Find Name in the properties panel and set the control name.
