FAQ

Why can't I find the Data Comparison entry?

  1. Make sure you are working in a WPS Spreadsheet file instead of a Writer or Presentation file.
  2. Check whether the Data tab is visible, or whether you are signed in with an account that has the required membership access.
  3. If you want to open the feature from the Premium area, confirm that your membership status is active.
  4. Reopen the file and check the Data Comparison entry again.

Does Data Comparison require membership?

  1. This feature is marked as requiring membership.
  2. Without membership, the related entry may be unavailable, or the marking and extraction actions may not complete.
  3. If you need access, open the subscription page to review the available plans.

What is the difference between Mark Duplicate Data and Extract Duplicate Data?

  1. Mark Duplicate Data highlights repeated entries directly in the current range.
  2. Extract Duplicate Data places repeated entries into a new worksheet.
  3. If you only need a quick visual review, use the mark option. If you need a separate result sheet, use the extract option.

Why is the extracted result different from what I expected?

  1. Check whether you selected the correct data range or worksheets.
  2. Confirm that the comparison parameters match your current data structure.
  3. If the two datasets are arranged very differently, organize the data first and then run the comparison again.
  4. Reset the range and repeat the extraction.
