1. Set the reply/forward subject prefix

Entry path: Mail Settings → Sending Settings → Reply/Forward Subject Prefix

  1. Open WPS Mail and click the settings button in the upper-right corner to open Mail Settings.
  2. In the left navigation pane, select Sending Settings.
  3. Find the Reply/Forward Subject Prefix section.
  4. Open the drop-down list and choose the prefix format you want: Chinese prefixes, English prefixes, or Use current language.
  5. After you make a selection, the setting is saved automatically and takes effect immediately.
