1. Export an email as eml or msg

Entry path: Open the email you want to export → message details area → three-dot icon → Export → Export as eml or Export as msg

1. Open the email that you want to export.
2. In the message details area, click the three-dot icon on the right side to open the menu.
3. Click Export.
4. Select Export as eml or Export as msg.
5. In the save dialog box, choose a local folder.
6. Click Save to finish the export.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: A save dialog appears, and the selected email file is created after saving.
• What you can do next: You can locate the exported eml or msg file in Finder and open it with a compatible app.
• No side effect: The original email is not changed by the export action.
