How-to Guide
1. Right-Click Delete a File
Entry path: My Cloud Documents list → right-click menu → Delete File
- Open WPS and go to the My Cloud Documents page.
- Find the file that you want to delete in the file list.
- Right-click the target file and select Delete File.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The target file is removed from the current cloud document list.
- What you can do next: You can open the recycle bin to view, restore, or continue cleaning deleted files.
Tips While Using
- Deleted files first move to the recycle bin instead of being removed permanently right away.

2. Batch Delete Files
Entry path: My Cloud Documents → select files → batch actions → Delete File
- Open the My Cloud Documents file list.
- Select multiple files that you want to delete.
- Click Delete File in the batch action bar at the top.
- Confirm the deletion.

- Interface result: The selected files are removed from the current list together.
- What you can do next: You can go to the recycle bin and check whether the deleted files were moved there.
Tips While Using
