1. Switch the Interface Language
Entry path: Global Settings button in the upper-right corner → Change Language
- Open the WPS client.
- Click the Global Settings button in the upper-right corner. Its icon is “≡”.
- Select Change Language from the expanded menu.
- Choose the target language from the language list.
- Click Apply.
- Restart WPS and wait for the new interface language to take effect.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: after restart, menus, buttons, and settings appear in the selected language.
- Next action available: you can continue opening and editing documents after the language change.
- No side effects: existing document content stays unchanged.
Tips While Using
