How-to Guide

1. Create a query view

Entry: Data table → “+” icon → Query View

  1. Open a Multi-Dimensional Table and click the “+” icon on the right side of the data table.
  2. Select Query View.
  3. Open the Query View interface.
  4. Enter content to start the query.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new Query View interface opens.
  • Next action available: You can enter query content and review the results.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not click the “+” icon on the right side of the data table, you may not reach the entry for adding a new view.
  • Environment note: You need to open a Multi-Dimensional Table that already contains data.

2. Modify query conditions

Entry: Query View → toolbar → Query Settings

  1. After opening Query View, click Query Settings on the top toolbar.
  2. Click + Query Condition to add a new condition.
  3. Click the icon to the right of an existing condition.
  4. Adjust the condition and review the updated results.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The query condition list is updated.
  • Next action available: The result set displays data based on the new conditions.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the field type or condition logic is not set correctly, the results may not match your expectation.
  • Environment note: Only fields from the current data table can be added to the query.
