1. Create a Query View

Entry path: Data table → “+” icon → Query View

  1. Open the multi-dimensional table.
  2. Click the “+” icon on the right side of the data table.
  3. Select Query View.
  4. After the query view opens, enter content to search the current table.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: a new Query View appears on the right side of the current table.
  • Next action available: you can continue entering keywords or setting query conditions.

Tips While Using

  • Query View searches content in the current data table.
  • Results are shown separately, but they remain linked to the source data.

2. Modify Query Conditions

Entry path: Query View → toolbar → Query Settings

  1. Open Query View.
  2. On the top toolbar, click Query Settings.
  3. Click + Query Condition to add a new condition.
  4. Click the icon to the right of an existing condition to adjust its settings.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the query settings panel opens and shows the conditions you added.
  • Next action available: you can continue adding, adjusting, or combining conditions.

Tips While Using

  • Only fields from the current data table can be added as query conditions.
  • When there are many conditions, processing may take longer.
  • If you edit data in Query View, the source table is updated too.
