1. Modify View Name

Entry: Tools tab at the bottom right → Modify View Name

  1. Tap the Tools tab at the bottom right of the database to open the tools list.
  2. Select Modify View Name from the list.
  3. Enter the new view name.
  4. Tap √ to finish the change.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the current view shows the new name.
  • What you can do next: you can continue switching to, viewing, or editing the view.
  • No side effects: the data, filters, and sorting settings stay unchanged.

Tips While Using

  • Use a name that is easy to recognize, especially when multiple people use the same database.
  • Renaming changes only the displayed name and does not change the data in the view.
