1. Add a Field

Entry point: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Field Management → Add Field

  1. Tap Tools in the bottom toolbar.
  2. Select Field Management in the panel.
  3. Tap Add Field.
  4. Set the field name and field type, then finish the creation.

  • UI state: The new field appears in the field list.
  • Next actions: You can continue to edit the field name, type, or order.

2. Edit a Field

Entry point: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Field Management → Edit

  1. Tap Tools in the bottom toolbar.
  2. Select Field Management.
  3. Tap Edit next to the target field.
  4. Change the field name or field type.
  5. Save the update.

  • UI state: The field name or field type shows the updated setting.

3. Reorder Fields

Entry point: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Field Management → Drag Field

  5. Release to finish the reorder.

4. Hide a Field

Entry point: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Field Management → Hide

  2. Open Field Management.
  3. Tap Hide next to the target field.
  4. To restore it later, tap the corresponding visibility control again.

  • UI state: The target field disappears from the current view or becomes visible again.

5. Hide or Show a Field

Entry point: Tap a field header → Menu → Hide Field / Show Field

  1. In the table view, tap the target field header.
  2. In the pop-up menu, select Hide Field.
  3. The field is hidden from the current view, but its data stays in the table.
  4. To restore it, use Show Field.

  • UI state: The field header disappears from the current view or appears again.
