FAQ

Why can’t I find the Save As entry?

  1. Make sure you have opened the multidimensional spreadsheet that you want to manage.
  2. Tap More on the top menu bar and check the available menu items.
  3. If the entry still does not appear, update WPS Office to the latest version and try again.

Will Save As replace my original spreadsheet?

  1. No. Save As creates a new copy instead of directly replacing the original file.
  2. After you choose the target path, the copied file is saved in the new cloud location.
  3. The original spreadsheet remains available in its original location.

Why didn’t my spreadsheet save to the cloud location?

  1. Check whether your internet connection is stable.
  2. Make sure you are signed in and that the target cloud location is available.
  3. Choose the save path again and tap Confirm one more time.
