Are missing rows deleted after I apply a filter?

  1. Check whether the current spreadsheet still has active filter conditions.
  2. Open the filter panel and review the fields and conditions that are currently applied.
  3. Remove the related condition or clear all conditions, then review the full dataset again.

Filtering hides rows that do not match the condition. It does not delete the original data.

How do I save the current filter conditions?

  1. Finish setting the filter conditions in the current view.
  2. Stay in the same view and continue reviewing the result.
  3. When you switch back to that view later, the saved filter setup is applied automatically.

If you want to reduce changes from other collaborators, you can also lock the current view.

How can I clear all filter conditions quickly?

  1. Click Filter on the toolbar.
  2. In the filter panel, find the conditions that have been added.
  3. Click the delete button next to each condition until all of them are removed.

After that, the spreadsheet shows all records again.
