1. Create a dashboard copy

Entry: Left table list → More Options beside the dashboard → Create Copy

  1. Open the target Bitable file and find the dashboard you want to duplicate in the left table list.
  2. Click the More Options button beside the dashboard name.
  3. Select Create Copy from the drop-down menu.
  4. Wait for WPS to generate a new dashboard copy.
  5. After the copy appears, right-click its name and rename it if needed.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new dashboard copy appears in the left table list.
  • Next action available: You can open, edit, or rename the copied dashboard.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Check the dashboard name before you click Create Copy so you do not duplicate the wrong item.
  • Environment note: If syncing is still in progress, the copied item may appear after a short delay.

2. Create a table copy

Entry: Left table list → More Options beside the table → Create Copy

  1. Open the target Bitable file and find the table you want to duplicate in the left table list.
  2. Click the More Options button beside the table name.
  3. Select Create Copy from the drop-down menu.
  4. To keep the structure and views without records, click Copy Empty Table and Views Only.
  5. To keep both structure and records, click Copy All Content.
  6. Wait for the new table copy to appear, then rename it if needed.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new table copy appears in the left table list.
  • Next action available: You can confirm whether the result is an empty structure copy or a full-content copy.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Do not confuse Copy Empty Table and Views Only with Copy All Content.
