1. Copy a view from the view options menu
Entry path: Left-side view list → Click the "..." button next to the target view → Select "Copy View"
- Open the target Bitable and find the data table that contains the view you want to copy in the left-side panel.
- In the left-side view list, click the "..." more options button next to the view you want to copy.
- Select "Copy View" from the pop-up menu.
- A new view with the same configuration as the original view is created under the current view.
- If needed, double-click the new view name and rename it.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new view appears in the left-side view list.
- What you can do next: You can continue changing filters, sorting, grouping, or field visibility in the new view.
- No unwanted effect: The original view remains available, and its setup is not removed by the copy action.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not open the "..." menu next to the target view, you may not see the copy option.
- Permissions or membership: This feature does not require membership.
