Entry: Tap the column header → Edit → Field Type → Rich Text

- In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
- In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
- Select Rich Text.
- Set the field name and confirm to finish creating the new field.

- Common mistake: If the column header is not selected first, the field editing window may not open.

2. Edit Rich Text Content
Entry: Tap the column header → Edit → Select the rich text field
- Open a data table that already contains a rich text field.
- Tap the column header and choose Edit in the floating toolbar.
- In the field editing window, tap the target Rich Text field.
- Enter text in the editing box.
- Use the editing toolbar as needed to adjust formatting such as bold, italic, font size, color, numbering, or images.
- When finished, tap the close button at the upper left to complete the entry.
