1. Configure Gantt Fields

Entry path: Gantt view → bottom toolbar → Tools → Gantt Chart Settings

  1. Open the Gantt view.
  2. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Select Gantt Chart Configuration.
  4. Set the Start Time field and choose the field that contains the start date.
  5. Set the End Time field and choose the field that contains the end date.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the selected start and end fields are shown in the Gantt Chart Settings panel.
  • What you can do next: task bars in the Gantt view display correctly based on the date range.

Tips While Using

  • Prepare at least one start-date field and one end-date field in advance.

2. Adjust Task Timing

Entry path: Gantt view → press and drag a task bar

  1. In Gantt view, press and drag the left edge of a task bar to adjust the start date.
  2. Press and drag the right edge of a task bar to adjust the end date.
  3. Press and drag the middle of the task bar to move the whole task schedule.
