1. Open run logs

Entry point: Automation editor → Log button on the left side

  1. In the automation editor, click the Log button on the left toolbar.
  2. Open the Run Logs panel on the right side.
  3. Review the execution records for the current automation flow.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The Run Logs panel appears on the right side.
  • Next actions: You can continue reviewing records or use filter and refresh actions.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: If you are not in the automation editor, the Log entry is not visible.
  • Environment limits: Records appear only after the flow has actually run.

2. Manage run logs

Entry point: Run Logs panel → Failed run notifications checkbox / Filter icon / Refresh icon

  1. In the Run Logs panel, select the Failed run notifications checkbox to turn on alerts.
  2. Click the Filter icon to narrow down log records.
  3. Click the Refresh icon to update the current log list.
  4. If no records are available, review the No run logs message.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: Failed-run notifications stay enabled after selection, and filter or refresh actions apply to the current panel.
  • Next actions: You can continue reviewing filtered records or refresh again after new runs are generated.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: If Failed run notifications is not selected, you will not receive failure alerts.
  • Environment limits: If the flow has not run yet, the panel may only show No run logs.
