1. Add or remove underline

Entry point: Home tab → Underline button (U icon)

  1. Select the cell or range where you want to apply underline formatting.
  2. Tap the Home tab.
  3. Tap the Underline button.
  4. Tap once to add underline formatting, or tap again to remove it.

Success Criteria

  • The selected content shows underline formatting.
  • Tapping the Underline button again removes the underline.
  • Other unselected content in the sheet stays unchanged.

Tips While Using

  • The underline color follows the font color and cannot be set separately.
  • When you continue typing, new text inherits the current underline formatting.
  • Underlines display normally when printed.
