1. Turn row and column headings on or off from the View tab

Entry: Top View tab → Row and Column Headings

  1. Open WPS Spreadsheet and go to the worksheet you want to adjust.
  2. Click the View tab at the top of the window.
  3. Find the Row and Column Headings switch or checkbox on the toolbar.
  4. Click it once to show row numbers on the left and column letters at the top.
  5. Click it again to hide them.
  6. The change affects the current worksheet display.

Entry: Bottom-right status area → Display Settings → Row and Column Headings

  1. Open WPS Spreadsheet and go to the target worksheet.
  2. Find the Display Settings button near the bottom-right area of the window.
  3. Click Display Settings.
  4. Find Row and Column Headings in the menu.
  5. Click the option to show or hide the headings.
