1. Enter the PROPER function

  3. Continue by typing PROPER(.
  4. Get ready to enter the text value or cell reference you want to process.

2. Check the syntax prompt and fill in the argument

  3. Make sure the closing parenthesis is included.
  4. Press Enter to confirm the formula.
