Entry path: three-dot icon next to the column label → Column Type → Checkbox
- Click the three-dot icon next to the target column label.
- Open the Column Type menu.

- Next action available: You can check or uncheck items throughout the column.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Applying the column type to the wrong column changes the display method for the whole column.
- Environment note: Cells that already contain text are not suitable for direct conversion to a checkbox column.
