1. Start File Optimization

Entry: Efficiency tab → File Optimization

1. Open the spreadsheet file that you want to optimize.
2. Click the Efficiency tab at the top of the window.
3. Find and click File Optimization.
4. Wait for the feature to start automatically and show the current file size.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the File Optimization panel opens and the current file size is displayed.
• Next action available: you can continue to review optimized items or open optimization settings.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: if the target spreadsheet is not open first, you cannot optimize the current file.
• Environment note: you need permission to edit the current file so the optimized result can be saved.

2. Review optimized items and automatic optimization settings

Entry: Efficiency tab → File Optimization → Optimization Settings

1. After File Optimization finishes analyzing the file, review the list of optimized items.
2. Check items such as image compression, redundant data cleanup, and style cleanup.
3. Click Optimization Settings.
4. Set Allow automatic optimization when opening files that meet the conditions if needed.
