1. Turn Eye Care Mode on or off

Entry path: View tab → Eye Care Mode

  1. Open any worksheet in WPS Spreadsheet.
  2. Click the View tab.
  3. Click Eye Care Mode.
  4. Check whether the worksheet background changes to a softer light green tone.
  5. To turn it off, click Eye Care Mode again.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The worksheet background changes to a softer light green tone, or returns to the previous display after you click again.
  • Next action available: You can continue viewing, editing, saving, and printing the current spreadsheet.
  • No side effect: Document content, cell fill, and print output stay unchanged.

2. Switch from the status bar

Entry path: Status bar → Eye Care Mode icon

  1. Open any worksheet in WPS Spreadsheet.
  2. Find the Eye Care Mode icon in the status bar at the bottom of the window.
  3. Click the icon to turn on Eye Care Mode.
  4. Click it again when you want to turn the mode off.
