1. Export the current range as an image

Entry: Floating toolbar → Export Image

  1. In the spreadsheet, select the cell or cell range that you want to export as an image.
  2. Tap to bring up the floating toolbar.
  3. Tap Export Image in the floating toolbar.
  4. After the image is generated, press and hold it, then choose Share or Save to Photos.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected range is generated as an image.
  • Next action available: You can press and hold the image to share it or save it to Photos.
  • No side effect: The original spreadsheet content stays unchanged.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not select a cell range first, the exported result may not match what you want.
  • Permission note: To save the image to Photos, make sure WPS Office has photo library access.
  • Sharing note: Sharing to another app requires that app to be available and the network to work normally.
