Does alignment still work if the text is not fully visible?

  1. Yes. The alignment setting still takes effect.
  2. If the column width or row height is too small, the text may still appear cut off.
  3. You can also adjust column width, row height, or text wrapping for a clearer result.

Will alignment be kept after merging cells?

  1. In most cases, the current alignment is kept.
  2. If the merged result does not look right, select the merged cell again.
  3. Then open HomeAlignment Method and adjust it again.

Is right alignment the default for numbers?

  1. In common spreadsheet layouts, numbers are often better suited to right alignment, while text is often better suited to left alignment.
  2. If the current display does not match your needs, you can change it manually.
  3. Select the target cell and set horizontal alignment again to replace the current display.
