1. Save a Smart Spreadsheet

Entry path: File (☰) icon → Save As

  1. Click the File (☰) icon in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select Save from the menu.
  3. Choose Save or Create Copy.
  4. Select the save location.
  5. Click Save and Open to finish.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new file copy is created and the newly saved file opens.
  • What you can do next: You can continue editing, sharing, or exporting the new file.
  • No side effect: The original cloud collaboration file is not overwritten.

2. Export to Other Formats

Entry path: File (☰) icon → Export / Export to Bitable

  1. Click the File (☰) icon in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select Export from the menu.
  3. Choose an export format: PDF, CSV, Excel, or image.
  4. If needed, choose Export to Bitable.
  5. Follow the prompts to export the whole table or the current worksheet.
