1. Open the creation entry

Entry: WPS Home screen → Plus button

1. Open the WPS app and go to the Home screen.
2. Find the plus button in the lower-right corner.
3. Tap the plus button to open the creation panel.

Success Criteria

• The creation options panel appears.
• You can continue to choose a spreadsheet-related option.

Tips While Using

• If you are not on the Home screen, the same entry may not be visible.
• If the page loads slowly, check your network connection first.

2. Create a blank smart spreadsheet

Entry: Creation panel → Spreadsheet → Blank / Smart Spreadsheet

1. In the creation panel, select the spreadsheet-related option.
2. Tap Smart Spreadsheet.
3. Choose a blank sheet to start creation.

Success Criteria

• A new blank smart spreadsheet starts to be created.
• You can continue to the editing screen.

Tips While Using

• If you choose another document type by mistake, a different creation flow will open.
• It is recommended to stay connected to the internet while creating a smart spreadsheet.

3. Confirm editing mode

Entry: The editing page opens automatically after creation

1. Wait for the blank smart spreadsheet to finish loading.
2. Check whether the new sheet opens automatically.
3. Try entering content in the sheet to confirm that editing is available.

• You can enter, edit, and later save data.
