1. Open a worksheet and create a copy

Entry: Worksheet floating toolbar → Copy

  1. Tap the worksheet tab that you want to duplicate to open the floating toolbar.
  2. Tap Copy on the floating toolbar.
  3. WPS creates a new worksheet copy after the current worksheet.
  4. The copied worksheet name increases automatically with numbering such as (1), (2), and (3).

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new worksheet tab appears after the original worksheet.
  • Content result: The new worksheet keeps the same content as the original sheet.
  • Next action: You can continue editing, renaming, or moving the copied worksheet.

Tips While Using
