1. Create a Worksheet
Entry path: the "+" add button on the right side of the worksheet tab bar
- Open a spreadsheet file.
- Tap the "+" button at the far right of the worksheet tab bar at the bottom of the screen.
- In the pop-up panel, select Worksheet.
- A blank worksheet is created.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: a new worksheet tab appears in the bottom tab bar.
- What you can do next: you can start entering or editing data in the new worksheet right away.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if you tap "+" and choose another entry type, a standard worksheet may not be created.
- Environment note: if the file is read-only, the new worksheet may not be saved.
2. Delete a Worksheet
Entry path: tap a worksheet tab and choose Delete
- Open a spreadsheet file that contains multiple worksheets.
- Tap the worksheet tab that you want to remove to open the floating menu.
- In the floating menu, select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion to remove the worksheet.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the deleted worksheet tab disappears from the bottom tab bar.
- What you can do next: you can continue switching to other worksheets or editing the remaining content.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: deleting a worksheet before checking its content may remove important data together with the sheet.
- Environment note: deletion is not reversible, so it is a good idea to back up important data first.
