1. Clear content from a single cell or selected range
Entry: Press and hold a cell → Clear Content
- Select the cell or range that you want to clear in the spreadsheet.
- Press and hold the selected cell to open the action menu.
- Tap Clear Content.
- Check the result and confirm that the data is removed while the original formatting stays in place.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: text, numbers, or formula results in the selected cells are cleared.
- You can continue: borders, fill colors, and other formatting remain available for new input.
Tips While Using

2. Clear content from an entire row or column
Entry: Tap a row header or column header → Clear Content
- Tap the target row header or column header to select the full row or full column.
- Tap Clear Content in the floating menu.
- Wait for the data in the selected row or column to be removed.
- If you cleared the wrong content, tap Undo in the top toolbar right away.
