1. Create a Hyperlink Field
Entry path: Tap the table header > Edit > Field Type > Hyperlink
- Tap the target table header.
- In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
- In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
- Select Hyperlink.
- Set the field name, then confirm to finish.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: a new Hyperlink field column appears in the table.
- What you can do next: you can continue entering display text and a link address in records under this field.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if you do not select the header first, you may not enter the field editing screen.
- Environment note: the current smart table must allow field structure editing.
2. Enter a Link
Entry path: Tap a cell > choose the Hyperlink field > enter display text and the link
- Tap the target cell to open record details.
- Tap the Hyperlink field option.
- Enter the display text and the hyperlink address.
- After entering the content, tap Done in the upper-right corner.
- Return to the record and check whether the content is recognized as a link.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: the field shows the entered text and the content is recognized as a link.
- What you can do next: you can tap the link and open the related web page or resource.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if you enter only display text without a valid address, the content may not become a clickable link.
