Can I nest one content protection zone inside another?

  1. No. Content protection zones do not support nesting.
  2. If you are already editing inside one protected area, move out of that area first.
  3. If you need another protected area, create it in normal content outside the current zone.

Can the document owner edit protected content?

  1. Yes. The document owner can edit content inside a content protection zone.
  2. If other collaborators cannot edit the area, check whether they have the required permissions.
  3. If you need to adjust the content, the owner can edit it directly or turn off the content protection zone first.

How to protect part of a document from editing in WPS?

  1. Yes. A title area can also be protected.
  2. Move the pointer to the title and click Turn On Title Area Protection.
  3. To remove it, click the same entry again.
