1. Insert an unordered list from the toolbar

Entry path: Edit in the lower-right corner → List → Unordered List

  1. Open a smart document and tap Edit in the lower-right corner.
  2. Place the cursor where you want the list to begin.
  3. Tap List in the bottom toolbar.
  4. Tap Unordered List.
  5. Type the first item and it will appear with a bullet.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A bullet appears before the current paragraph.
  • What you can do next: Press Return to add the next list item.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the document is not in editing mode, the bottom toolbar will not show the list entry.

2. Apply an unordered list to selected paragraphs

Entry path: Select text → List → Unordered List

  1. Long-press in the document and select the paragraph content you want to organize.
  2. Tap List in the bottom toolbar.
  3. Tap Unordered List.
  4. Check whether the selected paragraphs have been converted into a bulleted list.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Bullets appear before the selected paragraphs.
  • What you can do next: Continue editing each list item.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you select only part of a sentence instead of the full paragraph, the result may not match your expectation.

3. Add multiple list items continuously

Entry path: The typing area after unordered list mode is enabled

  1. Type the first item while unordered list mode is active.
  2. Press Return on the keyboard.
  3. Type the next item.
  4. Repeat Return and typing until the list is complete.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Each press of Return creates a new bullet automatically.
  • What you can do next: Keep entering multiple parallel points.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you remove the bullet in the middle of editing, later content may return to a normal paragraph.

4. Exit unordered list mode

Entry path: The current unordered list typing state

  1. Press Return at the end of the last list item.
  2. Press Return again.
  3. Continue typing normal paragraph text.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The new paragraph no longer shows a bullet.
  • What you can do next: Continue entering regular body text.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Pressing Return only once usually creates another list item instead of ending the list.
