FAQ

Why does nothing change after I click a text style button?

  1. Confirm that the target text or paragraph is selected first.
  2. Check whether the document is editable rather than read-only or protected.
  3. Select the text again, then click the style control in the ribbon or floating toolbar.

How do I apply multiple text styles at the same time?

  1. Select the target text.
  2. Apply bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, color, or size one after another.
  3. Check whether the text now shows the combined formatting.

How do I quickly remove a style that is already applied?

  1. Select the text that already has formatting.
  2. Click the same style button again to remove that specific style.
  3. If needed, remove bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, color, or size one by one to return to a simpler appearance.
