1. Enter Presentation Mode from the bottom-right icon

Entry: Open a smart document → click the Start presenting from current position button at the bottom right.

  1. Open the smart document you want to present.
  2. Find the presentation icon at the bottom right of the document window.
  3. Click Start presenting from current position.
  4. The document enters full-screen presentation view.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The document is shown in full screen and the editing toolbar is hidden.
  • Next action available: You can continue to navigate pages, zoom, or exit with the keyboard or mouse.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the smart document is not open first, the presentation entry may not appear.
  • Environment note: If you plan to use a projector, connect the external display before starting the presentation.

2. Enter Presentation Mode from the top-left file menu

Entry: Top-left file menu (≡) → Presentation.

  1. Open the smart document you want to present.
  2. Click the file menu icon at the top left of the document window.
  3. Select Presentation from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter Presentation Mode.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The current document switches to a full-screen presentation view.
  • Next action available: You can continue browsing the document from the current position.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you open the menu but do not select Presentation, the document will not switch to full screen.

3. Make temporary edits in Presentation Mode

Entry: Top toolbar → EditConfirm.

  1. In Presentation Mode, move the pointer to the top area of the window.
  2. Wait for the top toolbar to appear.
  3. Click Edit to enter editing status.
  4. After making the temporary change, click Confirm to save the change and leave editing status.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The top toolbar appears correctly and the updated content is shown after editing.
  • Next action available: After confirmation, you can continue the presentation flow and browse the document.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the pointer is not moved to the top area, the toolbar will not appear.
  • Environment note: Confirm the change as soon as the edit is complete so the presentation pace stays smooth.

4. Exit Presentation Mode

Entry: Top toolbar → Exit Presentation; or press Esc.

  1. In Presentation Mode, move the pointer to the top area of the window.
  2. Wait for the top toolbar to appear.
  3. Click Exit Presentation, or press Esc directly.
  4. Return to the normal document view.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Full-screen presentation ends and the document returns to the normal editing or viewing interface.
  • Next action available: You can continue editing, reviewing, or start Presentation Mode again.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If keyboard focus is not on the current window, pressing Esc may not exit immediately.
