1. Zoom from the toolbar
Entry: Lower-right area of the document window → zoom controls
- Open the document page you want to view.
- Move to the lower-right area of the document window and find the zoom controls.
- Click + to zoom in or click - to zoom out.
- If a zoom percentage is shown, click the percentage and choose the display scale you want.
Success Criteria
- Visual result: The page content appears larger or smaller after the action.
- Next action available: You can continue reading, editing, or switching to another display mode.
- No side effect: The document content and layout data are not changed.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you click outside the lower-right toolbar area, the zoom control may not respond.
- Environment note: The control layout may look slightly different in different window sizes.
2. Switch page width
Entry: Lower-right area of the document window → page width switcher
- Open a document and find the page width option in the lower-right toolbar area.
- Click the page width switcher.
- Select Standard Width, Wider Width, or Full Width.
- Check the page layout change and keep the mode that fits your current reading or editing task.
Success Criteria
- Visual result: The page width changes according to the selected mode.
- Next action available: You can keep scrolling, editing, or switch to another width mode again.
- No side effect: Only the current display width changes; the document content stays the same.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Page width switching and zoom percentage are different controls, so make sure you choose the correct one.
