1. Open the Ordered List entry

Entry path: Edit button in the lower-right corner → List button in the bottom toolbar

  1. Open a Smart Document.
  2. Tap the Edit button in the lower-right corner.
  3. Move to the paragraph where you want to apply numbering.
  4. Tap the List button in the bottom toolbar.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: the document is in editing mode and list-related options are available in the bottom toolbar.
  • Next action available: you can continue by tapping Ordered List.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: if you do not enter editing mode first, the list tools may not appear.

2. Apply Ordered List to paragraphs

Entry path: List button in the bottom toolbar → Ordered List button

  1. Select the paragraph content that needs numbering.
  2. Tap the List button in the bottom toolbar.
  3. Tap the Ordered List button.
  4. Check whether sequential numbers appear before the paragraph.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: the selected paragraph shows numeric markers such as 1, 2, and 3.
  • Next action available: you can continue typing the next item and keep the list structure.

3. Confirm that Ordered List is active
