Why can’t some documents continue to be edited while I’m offline?

  1. Make sure the document was already opened in the WPS Windows client before you went offline.
  2. Make sure the smart document was not closed before the connection was lost.
  3. If the document was closed, reconnect to the internet, open it again, and prepare it before the next offline session.

Do I need to upload offline changes manually after the internet returns?

  1. Reconnect the device to the internet.
  2. Open the document that you edited offline.
  3. WPS detects the local changes and syncs them to the cloud automatically, so manual upload is usually not required.

What happens if multiple people edit during the offline period?
