How-to Guide

1. Set Align Left

Entry: Edit button in the lower-right corner → Align & Indent

  1. Open a smart document and tap the Edit button in the lower-right corner.
  2. Select the paragraph or text you want to adjust.
  3. Tap Align & Indent in the bottom toolbar.
  4. Select Align Left.

Success Criteria

  • The selected text or paragraph appears aligned to the left.
  • New content continues with left alignment in the current paragraph.

Tips While Using

  • Select the target paragraph before changing the alignment.
  • Align Left is usually the most suitable option for body text.

2. Set Center Align

Entry: Edit button in the lower-right corner → Align & Indent

  1. Open a smart document and enter editing mode.
  2. Select the title or short text you want to emphasize.
  3. Tap Align & Indent.
  4. Select Center Align.

Success Criteria

  • The selected text appears in the middle of the paragraph area.
  • The title or short text becomes more visually prominent.

Tips While Using

  • Center Align is more suitable for titles, cover text, or short lines.
  • Using center alignment for long body paragraphs can reduce reading efficiency.

3. Set Align Right

Entry: Edit button in the lower-right corner → Align & Indent

  1. Open a smart document and tap Edit.
  2. Select the signature, date, or other content that should appear on the right.
  3. Tap Align & Indent.
  4. Select Align Right.

Success Criteria

  • The selected text appears aligned to the right.
  • Signatures, dates, or closing information look more organized.

Tips While Using

  • Align Right is more suitable for short content and is not recommended for long body paragraphs.
  • If you do not see a visible change, confirm that the content is selected first.
