1. View Version History

Entry point: More (☰) → Version History

  1. Open the AirPage document you want to review.
  2. On the document editing screen, tap the More (☰) button in the upper-right corner.
  3. Tap Version History.
  4. Review the list of saved versions, where each version shows its modified time.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The version history list opens and shows available version records with modified times.
  • Next actions: You can tap a version and continue with version management actions.

Tips While Using

  • You need edit permission for the document to view its version history.
  • A stable network connection is recommended so the version list can load completely.

2. Manage Version History

Entry point: Version History panel → tap a version or the More button on the right

  1. In the Version History panel, tap the version you want to work with, or tap the More button (...) on the right side of that version.
  2. Choose the action you need from the menu.
  3. Select Preview to review that historical version.
  4. Select Rename to rename the version.
  5. Select Restore this version to roll the document back to that version.
  6. Select Save as to create a new file from that version.
  7. Select Delete version to remove that version.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The selected action takes effect in the Version History panel or in the document.
  • Next actions: You can return to the version list and continue working with other versions.
  • No side effects: Preview and Rename do not directly overwrite the current document content.

Tips While Using

  • Restore this version replaces the current document content with the selected historical version, so confirm whether your current edits need to be saved elsewhere first.
  • For long-term retention, rename important versions or use Save as so they are easier to identify later.
