Will Page Setup affect other users?

  1. Yes. Page Setup is a document-level setting.
  2. After you change the cover image, info bar, or page width, collaborators can see the updated page layout.
  3. In a shared editing scenario, it is helpful to confirm a common display approach before making changes.

Can I set different paper sizes?

  1. The current Page Setup for Smart Documents is mainly designed for on-screen display.
  2. The available options include the cover image, document info bar, text style, and page width.
  3. Traditional paper size settings are not part of this Page Setup panel.

Why does the content look different after I change page width?

  1. Page width directly changes the visible width of the content area.
  2. When you switch to a wider layout, line wrapping and the overall reading feel can change.
  3. If the document is mainly for reading, start with Standard. If you need to show more horizontal content, try Wide or Full Width.
