1. View editor details

Entry path: Below the document title → Creator avatar → Editor list

  1. Open the smart document you want to review.
  2. Click the creator avatar below the document title.
  3. Open the Editor list panel.
  4. Review each collaborator’s contribution share.
  5. Check the last edit time and related details.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Editor list panel opens successfully.
  • Next action available: You can continue reviewing contribution share, last edit time, or move on to the attribution marker toggle.

  • Permission requirement: Only users with edit permission for the current document can access this panel.

2. Turn on attribution markers

Entry path: Editor list → Show editor markers → On

  1. Open the Editor list panel.
  2. Click the Show editor markers button in the lower-left corner.
  3. Return to the document body to review the result.
  4. Identify content ownership through the editor underlines.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Editor underlines appear in the document body.
  • Next action available: You can identify ownership and continue editing or reviewing the document.

3. Turn off attribution markers

Entry path: Editor list → Show editor markers → Off

  1. Open the Editor list panel.
  2. Click the Show editor markers button again.
  3. Return to the document body to review the result.
  4. Confirm that editor markers are no longer shown in the document.

  • Interface result: Editor underlines are hidden from the document body.
