Entry path: Below the document title → Creator avatar → Editor list
- Open the smart document you want to review.
- Click the creator avatar below the document title.
- Open the Editor list panel.
- Review each collaborator’s contribution share.
- Check the last edit time and related details.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The Editor list panel opens successfully.
- Next action available: You can continue reviewing contribution share, last edit time, or move on to the attribution marker toggle.
Tips While Using
- Permission requirement: Only users with edit permission for the current document can access this panel.
- If the entry is missing: Check whether the document info bar has been turned off.
2. Turn on attribution markers
Entry path: Editor list → Show editor markers → On
- Open the Editor list panel.
- Click the Show editor markers button in the lower-left corner.
- Return to the document body to review the result.
- Identify content ownership through the editor underlines.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Editor underlines appear in the document body.
- Next action available: You can identify ownership and continue editing or reviewing the document.
Tips While Using
- Good fit: This view is useful after multi-person collaboration when you need to confirm ownership.

3. Turn off attribution markers
Entry path: Editor list → Show editor markers → Off
- Open the Editor list panel.
- Click the Show editor markers button again.
- Return to the document body to review the result.
- Confirm that editor markers are no longer shown in the document.
