1. Open Single Selection

Entry path: Form Editor → Survey → Single Selection

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select the Survey module in the left navigation pane.
  3. Find Single Selection and click it to enter editing.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the single-answer question editing area or settings panel is open.
  • Next action available: you can continue setting the question content and options.

Tips While Using

  • Make sure the current form is still editable before you begin.
  • If the entry is not visible, first confirm that you are already in the Smart Forms editing interface.

2. Set Up and Save a Single-Answer Question

  1. Set the relevant parameters in the pop-up panel or editing area.
  2. Enter the question content and options as needed.
  3. Preview the result and confirm that the display is correct.
  4. Click OK to finish.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the single-answer question appears in the current survey.
  • Next action available: you can continue adding questions, previewing, or publishing the form.

Tips While Using

  • Before saving, review the wording and option order.
  • During preview, confirm that respondents can choose only one answer as expected.

3. Edit an Existing Single-Answer Question

  1. Locate the single-answer question that has already been created.
  2. Click it to enter editing mode.
  3. Update the question text, options, or related settings.
  4. Click Save or OK to apply the changes.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the updated question content is shown.
  • Next action available: you can continue previewing, publishing, or adjusting other questions.

Tips While Using

  • Changes made after a survey is published may mainly affect later submissions.
  • After editing, preview the form again to confirm the display is correct.
