  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select the Survey module in the left navigation area.
  3. Find Relay Settings and open it for editing.

Why are my settings not taking effect after I save them?

  1. Confirm that you clicked Save or OK after making changes.
  2. Reopen the settings panel and check whether the updated options were kept.
  3. If the current survey requires republishing before changes appear to respondents, publish it again and then verify the result.
