How do I configure Date and Time in the Survey area?

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing screen.
  2. Select Survey in the left navigation.
  3. Click Date and Time to enter editing mode.
  4. After editing, click OK or Save.

Why are my Date and Time changes not taking effect?

  1. Confirm that you clicked Save or OK after making changes.
  2. Open preview again and check whether the display has updated.
